A Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing specific projects  from beginning to end. We are looking for someone who will work well with our team, can balance a client budget, track materials, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure the team is safe and efficient. 

At Dotto Construction, an estimator will assist with projecting and controlling construction costs by obtaining bids from vendors and subcontractors. 

A Foreman on our team is responsible for ensuring that everything goes smoothly at a construction site. Keeping the project manager informed of progress is very important to us. A few duties would be coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, overseeing quality of the site, and communicating with the team.

We are hiring hardworking individuals who can follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of our clients. *Must have your own tools.

Location: Sonoma

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Salary: $60,000 – $72,800 per year, based on experience

Job Summary:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Construction Accountant to handle daily financial tasks and support our team. You'll manage invoicing, payments, job-cost tracking, and work with tools like QuickBooks Online and BuilderTrend.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle accounts receivable and client invoicing (including progress billing)

* Manage accounts payable and monthly audits

* Reconcile credit card and bank statements each month

* Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership

* Create weekly job-cost reports for project managers

* Monitor cash flow and company assets

* Help manage contracts, subcontracts, insurance, and new project setup

* Track subcontractor compliance (licenses, insurance, etc.)

* Keep accurate records for tax purposes

* Assist with syncing BuilderTrend and QuickBooks Online

* Work with external accountants and CPA when needed

* Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and clients

* Stay adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

* 3+ years of construction accounting experience

* Accounting degree preferred

* Basic knowledge of GAAP

* Strong QuickBooks Online skills

* BuilderTrend experience is a plus

* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Highly organized with strong record-keeping skills

* Authorized to work in the U.S.

* Reliable transportation

* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
